How to Order?

Please use the "Local Store Pick Up" links at the very top for all pick-up orders.

Orders placed on this site are exclusively for shipping. Once you have selected an item to purchase, click the "ADD TO CART" button. Follow the instructions on the order page carefully.

Cookie orders are freshly baked upon request and dispatched 2-3 business days later using the shipping method chosen at checkout. For instance, if you place an order during a Sunday night release, it will be shipped by Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. Expect a delivery time of 2-8 business days post-shipment.

What Payment Do You Accept?

We process all orders placed on our website using authorized Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal methods. When you provide your card details for a purchase, if the card is still valid and hasn’t expired, it will be pre-approved, and the charge will be applied during the processing stage.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and the tracking numbers. Please remember to check both your inbox and spam folder when looking for email notifications.

Are there peanuts/tree nuts in your cookies?

Yes, we have cookies that contain peanuts as well as other tree nuts. We also have cookies that are nut-free, but all of our cookies are processed in the same facility so there is always a chance of cross-contamination.

Do you make gluten free (GF) cookies?

Due to limited demand, we do not keep gluten-free cookies in stock. However, we are happy to accommodate custom orders for larger quantities. If you need gluten-free cookies in bulk, please reach out to us at admin@toracoffeetea.com, and we will be delighted to assist you with your request.

What is the best way to eat my cookies?

We recommend placing them in the oven/air fryer at 350 for 4-5 minutes, but if you are in a rush, the microwave for 12-15 seconds is a good alternative. If reheating more than one cookie in the microwave, we recommend doing them individually.

Our store hours are Monday through Thursday from 11am-8pm and Friday through Saturday from 11am-9pm

Yes, you can! Please click on the “Local Store Pickup” button at the top of the page. This will direct you to choose which store you’d like to pick up your order from. Please note that orders placed directly from this page are for shipping only.

Can I cancel my order once it's been placed?

Refunds or cancellations are not available for food or edible products, as they are considered final sale items for health and safety reasons, preventing their resale.

Returns or exchanges of perishable goods are not permitted. Furthermore, gift cards and items bought on sale are non-refundable. Please ensure you are fully committed before finalizing your purchase!

What is your return policy?

Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food items) and custom orders (like special or personalized items).
